November 2010: Intensification of the Fleet of Heavy Equipments for Radés port: Acquisition of 12 Straddle Carriers: |

| Under the new economic policies of the country to encourage the use of renewable energy and preserving the environment, the Tunisian Stevedoring and Handling Company –STAM- recently increased its fleet by the acquisition of twelve (12) Diesel-electric Straddle Carriers riders using electrical energy in order to improve the quality of service provided to customers and to cope with the evolution of container traffic at the port of Radés. These Straddle Carriers of the new generation of port facilities for handling containers from 20 to 45 feet container terminal at the port of Radés. They are designed also in order to comply with recent legislation regarding exhaust emission, noise emission and reduced fuel consumption and meet the requirements of environmental protection.

November 2010: Intensification of the Fleet of Heavy Equipments for Radés port: Acquisition of 02 mobiles port cranes on pneumatic capacity 140 tons at 20 Meters: |

| As part of the implementation of the investment budget of the Tunisian Stevedoring and Handling Company of 2010, the company has signed a contract for the purchase of 02 mobiles port cranes on pneumatic capacity 140 tons at 20 meters. Both cranes are characterized by its high level of safety. In addition they can handle heavy packages up to 280 tons, and their contribution to raising the efficiency of handling containers.

September 2010: Participation in International Symposium of the computerized management of container terminals: |

| Under the contract signed between the Tunisian Stevedoring and Handling Company and Zebra Enterprise Solutions for the installation of a computerized management system for containers and trailers at Radés port STAM attended the International Symposium computerized management of container terminals by using new information technologies and communication, California, from 26 to 29 September 2010. This conference brings together more than 300 customers of Zebra Enterprise Solutions ,ZES, using the management systems for container terminals worldwide.

| As part of keeping abreast of developments in techniques of handling bulk liquids in the world, the Tunisian Stevedoring and Handling has sent a delegation of its executives to attend the exhibition and international symposium Handling liquid bulk, France, 24 and 25 June 2010.

October 2009 – the transport package system and streamlining its use in all Tunisian ports: |

| As part of the actual integration of Tunisia into the digital society, the Tunisian Stevedoring and Handling Company has introduced, as of November 2007, the use of the transport package system at the port of Rades, which links the information systems of all protagonists, including the Customs, the Maritime Trade Board, the ports, the Tunisian Stevedoring and Handling Company (STAM), the Tunisian Shipping Company (CTN) and the ships trustees. The transport package is a software application in the field of maritime transport whose purpose is to enable the various protagonists to process port procedures electronically, and which allows the exchange of data on the arrival of ships, export of goods and everything related to foreign trade through ports.
The company has taken all necessary steps and measures towards streamlining the use of the transport package system in all seaports and, while it has already introduced utilization of the system at the port of La Goulette as of June 2009, efforts are being made towards further expanding its use to the seaports of Bizerte, Sousse, Sfax, Gabes and Zarzis.

March 2009: Intelligent Transportation Systems Program |

| As part of the Intelligent Transportation Systems Program which was launched by the Ministry of Transport, the Company has approved a project on the installation of a container and tractor management system at the port of Rades, using the latest information and communication technologies to ensure strict compliance with time schedules and advance planning for the various processes of loading, unloading, as well as monitoring of the movement and positioning of containers and tractors at the port by utilizing the GPS and RFID technologies. Some of the benefits of this project are highlighted below:
- Increased productivity achieved through effective mobilization of equipment and space and human resources. For example, the effective distribution of cranes and equipment and efficient planning of preventive maintenance has led to achieving a better return for investment,
- Expediting services extended to customers, which would improve the quality of container terminal services. For example, this system enables to do away with searches for containers in container stations.
- Instantaneous and automatic identification of each container movement at the terminal.
- Avoiding human error.
In this context, the Tunisian Stevedoring and Handling Company has issued a general call for tender for this project in accordance with the decree that sets rules and procedures for the conclusion of partnership agreements in the field of digital economy.

October 2009 – The Tunisian Stevedoring and Handling Company supports private stevedoring firms and contractors: |

| As part of its endeavor to support the national drive in the area of digital society and establishment of a complementary relationship whereby efforts and objectives are combined towards boosting economic growth in Tunisia, the Stevedoring and Handling Company has enabled private stevedoring firms to access and utilize the company’s information system which was devised to monitor and supervise the movement of goods. In this context, the company's IT engineers proceeded to the installation of the above-mentioned software application at the head offices of the private stevedoring operators and contractors in the ports of Bizerte, Sousse, Sfax, Gabes and Zarzis, while providing the staff of these private firms with the required training. The company was also keen to provide all the requirements needed to facilitate electronic exchanges via the Tunisia Trade Net in order to allow stevedoring operators to effectively exploit the transport package system in line with the decision to ensure its wide range dissemination.

October 2009 – Replacing port procedures documents by using e-signatures: |

| With a view to stripping port procedures of their physical nature, the integrated e-signature application has been incorporated into the transport package system. For that purpose, the company has already introduced the use of the e-signature application at the port of Rades, pending its replication amongst the remaining seaports. In this context, the company has obtained all the e-signature certificates from the National Digital Certification Agency.
